Russia should stop its attacks, not “make hollow statements about peace,” the Ukrainian Foreign Minister said after a Russian missile strike that suffered dozens in Sami.
“Any diplomacy with Moscow should be backed up by firing power, sanctions and pressure,” Andrei Sibikh said.
