Robin Wright details ‘liberally’ moving to England with love

“It’s free to be done,” said Wright, 59, The Times of London In a Saturday, August 30 profile, revealing that they are renting property on the English seafront. “You will be done with search, look and get 60 percent of what you wanted.”

The actress, however, still navigates some confusion about the English, a game on social classes.

“It’s very obvious when you’re in a room and you feel the opinion or praise of someone who is more loud,” he said. “I’m trying to figure it out. Why are you as obsessed with who went to this boarding school or this university? Who gives as ***?”

Wright and Smith, 52, brought their two dogs, rusty and rocky, with them When they moved.

“I have seen me and really liked who I am,” said Wright to the outlet. “It’s so relaxed.”

Wright and Smith, a British-August architect, have been together since 2024. They met in a British pub when he asked to feed his dog, Rusty, a piece of his steak.

“(Another stranger) goes, ‘No, it’s not my dog, it’s his dog,'” Wright remembered, pointing to Smith. “And Henry stood by the bar, and put his pint down, came over to me and grabbed my shoulders. He goes, ‘Who is the f *** are you?’ And I said, ‘Who are the f *** are you?’ And there it is.

According to Wright, Smith was unaware of her commendable career in Hollywood and only enchanted by his “Beauty of Nordic Goddess.”

“He’s a girlfriend and just a good, decent adult,” added Wright. “He is a man.”

Wright said she and Smith “made a fast path getting to know” each other while they were both tackling long, chilling symptoms of the illness caused by a bandemic.

“We were lying in bed, fatally ill, crying, laughing, embracing, loving, snogping, f *** ing,” he said. “Just like, ‘I want to know you.’”

The Love Star added, “That’s exactly what I wanted. I’m turning 60 and I’m, like, ‘Is this it?’ I love being alone and I have done it many times.

Wright, though, don’t see himself get married again.

“No. God no. Why?” He quoted to the newspaper. “That’s just unnecessary.”

Wright was married to Dane witherspoon between 1986 and 1988, Sean Pennwith whom She shares two childrenbetween 1996 and 2010, and Giraudet Clément Between 2018 and 2022. Also engaged to Wright Legsuntil they split forever in 2015.
