In an exclusive interview with Us Weekly to promote his new film, Better ManWilliams, 50, learns about his favorite gifts he has received from fans. “Well, Taylor Swift started this thing with these beaded wristband things,” said the British pop star Usreferring to friendship bracelets. “I really like that people bring in these bracelets.”
In “You’re on Your Own, Kid” from Swift’s 2022 album, MidnightGrammy winner, 35, sings, “So make the friendship bracelets, take the moment and savor it,” and during the Eras Tour, Swifties are everywhere — including Selena Gomez, Jennifer Garner, Kyle Richards, Flavor Flav, Paula Abdul, Ashley Greene a Mindy Kaling – taking that lyric literally by creating their own friendship bracelets to share during the concerts.
After spending his formative years in Take That and enjoying a highly successful solo career, Williams is grateful to be able to show his appreciation to the fans who have been with him every step of the way.

Noting that the only time she takes off the accessories is when she attends award ceremonies, she added of rocking the jewelery on a daily basis, “It’s a way for me to receive their gratitude – and for me to thank them through exist on my body. “
Williams fans also come out in droves to watch Better Mana musical fantasy film that explores the highs and lows of his career spanning decades. Although musical biopics are nothing new, what sets Better Man except that Williams is depicted by a CGI monkey — a risk inspired by Michael Gracey‘ conversation with the singer, who would refer to himself as the animal when talking about his career.
Better Man is the one film Williams could watch for the rest of his life – “I’m not just saying that for promo,” he told Us — and his favorite moment is the one fans can’t stop talking about: “The Rock DJ choreography scene on Regent Street,” he says of the now-viral moment with his character dancing in London .
Better Man is in theaters now.
