The horrible start of the Ris Habh Pant campaign continued on Tuesday (April 1), as he could not deliver -with the bat in the continuous game between Lucknow Super Giants and Punjab Kings at the Ekana Cricket Stadium by Lucknow.
Pant leads LSG this season for the first time and still has an impact with the bat. In his first game for the franchise, which was against his former team, Delhi Capitals, the Wicketkeeper-Batsman went out for a duck.
LSG had lost the game by 1 Wicket even after Reding DC to 65/5 while defending 209 runs.
In the second game against Sunrisers Hyderabad, LSG was in the driver’s seat who pursued 191 runs when Pant went out. It was not under pressure and had the perfect opportunity to do some races under the belt. However, the SouthPaw missed the opportunity as he left for 15 runs.

Rishabh pant flops again:
After two successive failures, Pant had the opportunity to win the LSG fans’ heart when he went out against PBKs on Tuesday. He had to go out in the middle of his own game after LSG lost Mitchell Marsh and Aiden Markram doctors within four points.
Marsh left for a duck while Markram marched at 28. The stage was prepared for Pant to announce his arrival as Captain of LSG. However, his bad shape with the bat continued as he left for a single digit score.
