A few moments later, Saroj re -entered the action, singing slogans on the shoulder with Priyanka Gandhi and Dimple Yadav, before being detained by police along with the rest of the deputies. Inside the police bus, the voice of the young Samajwadi party deputy could be heard above the crowd, carrying the songs against what the opposition calls “death of just democracy.”
The protest place was full of party politicians and workers, shaking banners, shouting slogans and pressing against police barricades. Rahul Gandhi recently accused the BJP of working with the election commission to “steal” votes, quoting alleged video tests.
