According to court documents obtained by US Weekly, The plaintiffs accuse Priscilla of ignoring “Lisa’s clear directive to ‘extend her life'” as part of an effort to “regain control” from the Elvis estate.
She “knew that Lisa was in the process of taking steps to move her as the sole trustee of Lisa’s irreversible life insurance trust,” they claim, further claiming that Priscilla insisted that Kruse “publish a statement to the media” immediately after her daughter’s death “for her to control the narrative.”
Kruse and Fialko seek more than $ 50 million in compensation, claiming fraud and breaking contract. They also claim that Priscilla has been wrongly accused of abusing the elderly in a cervical campaign.
Priscilla attorney, Singer Martin D.announced a statement to Entertainment weekly On August 13, calling their complaint “one of the most shameful, ridiculous, salacious and non -reaching laws I have seen in my practice.”
The singer told the outlet, “This is nothing more than a sad and vicious attempt to beat the reputation of an eighty -year -old woman in vain” for the previous legal case of Priscilla targeting Kruse and Fialko.
