A month after announcing the end of her marriage to Umansky, 54, Richards starred in the singer Morgan Wade‘s “Fall In Love With Me” music video. Her appearance left some fans questioning whether they could be dating.
At the beginning Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 14 in November 2024, however, Richards said it that he would not speak about Wade, 30.
“I know there’s a lot of curiosity about the person they’re always talking about,” Richards said. “I’m not using her name on purpose. I don’t want to speak for anyone but myself.”
During a separate interview for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: After Show, Richards provided a little more context about her friendship with Kesha, 37.
“She followed me on Instagram and I followed her back and we said, ‘Oh, we should get together for dinner,'” Richards recalled to Jayne, 53. “We went to Venice or something and I sat down … and we started talking about everything and sharing everything and sharing all our secrets.”
According to Richards, she “automatically connected” with the “Tik Tok” singer and a new friendship was born.
“I just connected with her automatically and she’s so sweet and has such a big heart,” he said. “Kind, non-judgmental, talented and creative. We started hanging out and quickly became very close friends.”
Kyle Richards and Morgan Wade’s friendship started thanks to music. To prove that Beverly Hills really is a small town, Kesha and Wade made a song together called “Walked on War.” And yes, Kesha will be performing at the same music festival in London as Jayne this June.
“I’ll be there with bells on,” joked Richards. “I’m so excited about that. I’m ready to go.”
