The Associated Press reports that Kennedy told his plans after visiting a press conference with the US Ea (EPA) administrator.

The EPA announced on Monday that it is considering a new science of potential fluoride health risks in drinking water, as the agency has the powers to set maximum fluoride levels in the public water supply systems.

Utah became the first state last month, which banned the addition of fluoride in public drinking water, despite the opposition of dentists and national health care organizations, who warned that the action would lead to medical problems among low -income communities.

However, Governor Spencer Cox, a Republican, has signed a legislation that prohibits cities and communities to decide whether a fluoride should be added – a mineral that hinders the cavities – to the water systems that manage these cities and communities.
