Chelsea’s hopes of reaching the Club World Championships were drafted by a Flamengo ramp, who came behind to get a 3-1 victory in Philadelphia.
Despite taking the lead through Pedro Neto in the first half, Enzo Maresca’s team suffered an implosion of the second half, granting three times and finishing the game with ten men.
It was a chaotic and often poorly disciplined performance by Chelsea, which started brightly enough.
Pedro Neto took advantage of a lucky Ricochet just after 15 minutes, making a clear and reduced Rossi to clean his second goal from the tournament.

In the second half, Flamengo had threatened through Gerson and Araujo animated, and eventually made their pressure in the 69th minute.
A fluid movement saw that Silver pointed out a deep cross through the goal, allowing the substitute Bruno Henrique the exit from the Igualada to the distant post.
Chelsea barely had time to react before they were behind. Four minutes later, a corner of Flamengo caused chaos in the box. Henrique was again involved, leading the ball to the area of six gardens so that Danilo would put himself home on the stretch, causing wild celebrations among Brazilian fans.
