The Bayern Munich kept its perfect start to Bundesliga with a 3-2 victory lasting on Augsburg on the WWK Arena, although the champions were sweaty after building a seemingly unattainable advantage.
Serge Gnabry opened the score in the 28th minute, heading at home a cross perfectly floated from Harry Kane. Just before half the time, Luis Diaz doubled the advantage of the Bayern, turning Konrad Laimer’s cut to 2-0.
Three minutes from the second half, Michael Olise added a third with a compound finish, initially created by Kane, giving the Bayern a 3-0 advantage.
Robin Fellhauer assist, and later established Mert Komur to get 3-2 in the 76th minute, causing a tense end.
Despite their impulse, the hosts could not find an Igualada, with the defense of Bayern and goalkeeper Dahmen Crucial in the closing stages.
Paris Saint-Germain produced one of the most amazing games that League 1 has seen for years, surpassing the Toulouse 6-3 in a competition full of outrageous goals, drama and lost opportunities.
PSG exploded outside the blocks, scoring three times within 15 minutes. Joao Neves stole the headlines with no one, but twice extraordinary bikes, the second even better than the first, on both sides of the quiet end of Bradley Barcola.
Ousmane Dembele became from the site to make the 4-0, but Charlie Cresswell gave hope to Toulouse with a close strike.
In the middle, the hosts had a golden opportunity to reduce the deficit even more, but after two separate penalties: first from Magri, then a resumption by Cristian Casseres-the goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier withdrew impressive savings on his back to preserve the PSG 4-1 advantage.
The second half was not less frantic. Dembele withdrew a second penalty before Neves headed one night for the ages with a third goal shaking from the edge of the area, completing a hat-trick that would live for a long time in his memory.
Even at 6-1, Toulouse refused to fold. Yann Gboho took advantage of the afternoon, and the substitute Alexis Vesah was home in a stoppage to reduce the deficit, although the result was out of doubt.
Real Madrid survived an early scare to Santiago Bernabeu to move ahead of Mallorca 2-1, with the brilliant strike of Vinicius Junior that sealed the three points in a hard contest.
The visitors stunned the crowd of the home after only 18 minutes when Veded Muriqi found the whipper corner of Pablo Torre, who beat Aurelien Tchouaméni to throw a loop head in the lower corner.
But Los Blancos found a quick response. The Dean Hujsen got up taller in the distant post to nod a long ball through the goal, where Arda Guler hoped to go to an empty network and level the score.
Momentum firmly turned the way to Madrid, and shortly after, Federico Valverde’s ball won deeply inside his half, caused a soloist dazzle of Vinicius. The Brazilian was cut off on the left foot and combined a strike beyond Predrag Rajkovic to complete the change in the 38th minute.
The second half was chaotic, but without problems. Guler thought he had a second when he grouped at home after MbappĂ©’s effort, but VAR discarded it for handball.
Thibaut Courtois was almost embarrassed when the Costa Substitute Strike went ahead, only by Javier Carreras to erase spectacularly off the line. At the other end, MBAPPE was twice denied by the heroic blocks of the captain of Mallorca, Antonio Railo.
Napoli left it late, but claimed a dramatic victory by 1-0 over Cagliarri at Diego Armando Maradona Stadium, with Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa who won the victory in the 95th minute.
The champions dominated possession, but found clear chances of finding against one side of disciplined Cagliari. Kevin de Bruyne and Matteo Politano closed in the first half, while Scott McTominay forced Simone Caprile to the action with a smart race and strike just before the break.
At the other end, Prati’s head was skimmed right at the bar of Cagliarri’s only actual opening.
The second half followed a similar pattern. Politano shot narrowly, Spinazzola saw an effort blocked by Caprile, and the substitute Alessandro Buongiorno lost a free head of a corner. Mctominay continued to be dangerous, doing two late opportunities to seal the victory.
Just as it seemed that Napoli would be frustrated, Buongiorno was redeemed in a stop time with a step perfectly weighted by the box. Anguissa reached the right time and passed quietly ahead of Caprile, causing wild celebrations inside the Maradona.
