REBA MCENTIRE She shared a close connection with her former Brandon Blacktok pile, who died this week at the age of 48 after a private battle with cancer.
Earlier, the 70-year-old country star was married to the father of the deceased manager, Narvel Blackstok, 68, with which she shared her son Shelby, 35, from 1989 to 2015. In addition to Brandon, Norvel shares Chassida’s daughters and Shuna with ex-wife Gayle Riter.

While she was married to Narvel, Malszen shared how she saw her children as her own flesh and blood.

In 2012, on X, previously Twitter, Mcentire wrote: “I am very proud of all my children. Sean, Brandon, chassis and shelby! Love them !!!”
Mcentire also shares a close connection with his ex -wife Blacktok, Kelly Clarkson, 43. Both songs are long -time friends and performed several duets for many years. They also worked together on the Voice Singing Singing Singing show.

Clarkson and Blackstok linked the knot in 2013, and he became its leader in 2017. Two greeted daughters River Rose, 11, and Remington Alexander, 8, before Clarkson filed for divorce in June 2020.
The naughty split of the former couple was played in the public eye before it was finalized in March 2022.
During the 2021 interview with EXTRA, MCENTIRE shared support for both Blacktock and Clarkson Among them is divorce.
“You know, I love them both. Brandon is my lech, glass is my good friend. I pull both. Hope they are happy and healthy and pull it.

Until the death of Blackstok, the Massen spent time with him during a family walk to Radeo.
On March 5, Shelbi shared the slide -show photos involving Mcentire and Blackstock and other members of their family at Houston Livestock and Rodeo. Mcentire also spoke at the event.

Blacktok wore a denim jacket, blue jeans and a flannel shirt along with a black cowboy hat when he posed with his family and smiled in several photos.
“Family time, @rodeohoustton and corn dogs,” Shelby wrote. “We had an explosion in Houston, watching @rissablackstock experience of her first Rodeo, who will be able to spend time with her family! Mom’s concert was glazing on the cake!”
On Thursday, the Blackstok family announced their death in an emotional statement.
“With great sadness, we share the news that Brandon Blackstok has passed away,” the statement reads. “Brandon fought courageously with cancer for more than three years. He has passed peacefully and was surrounded by his family. We thank you for your thoughts and prayers and ask everyone to respect the privacy of the family in this very difficult time.”

While Mcentire has not yet talked about the death of Blackstoc, on Friday, Shelby shared his late half his brother.

“Words cannot start capturing the great loss that our family survived. We lost my brother, parents, grandfather and son yesterday,” Shelby wrote with a photo of Blacktok, sitting on a brown horse in the paddock.
“Brandon Blackstok There was an indispensable part of our family – ridiculous, bright and full of life – and it will be deeply missed, ”Shelby added.

“For every cherry moment we shared, there is still a lot that we will never get together, but I know you will still be there,” he added. “Every hunt, every flight and everyday moments of life I will feel your presence.”
