Joshua Jackson wrote an emotional letter to his ex-wife Jodie Turner-Smith objected to their daughter away from him for weeks at a time as the exes continued to fight for custody in court, Weekly US can report only.
Weekly US had the letter that the Creek Dawson Seren, 46, wrote on May 26.
The note was used as an exhibit for a recent Jackson proposal asking the court to intervene in a dispute about where their daughter Juno will go to school.
Jackson wants to keep Juno, 5, in her current school, but Turner-Smith, 38, is trying to change to a different one.

Jackson also said she did not approve Turner-Smith’s proposal to take Juno to London for five weeks while she worked abroad.
In his letter to Turner-Smith, the actor wrote, “Thank you for your quick response. I am happy that we are getting this dialogue and looking forward to reaching an agreement together that balances the need of all (Juno) to give her the best possible outcome.”
Jackson said he fitted with some of Turner-Smith’s applications but had some problems.
“I’m open to Juno to be with you anytime you may be able to return to Los Angeles (during her time off in London to work). I don’t think it is good for Juno to go as long as you have offered without seeing either parent, whenever we are reasonably possible to avoid without putting excessive stress on Juno.”
He added, “At this age 4 weeks is eternity for her. I understand why you are willing to agree to Juno being located in Los Angeles during that time, it reduces air travel stress and time zone moving on it.”
The actor noted that he did not agree with Turner-Smith that Juno would not have time with him for six weeks.
He said, “Thank goodness this summer I have the ability to travel, thereby reducing the need for Juno to go to extra travel while continuing to provide her with a frequent, continuous and meaningful contact with both parents.”
He added, “I think making the most of frequent, persistent and meaningful contact should be leading light (through) all these conversations and parenting time planning. Juno needs both of us.

He added, “I do not agree to Juno to travel with you to Morocco. You will need much more information, dates, places, hotels, security, your work (timetable) etc. and a meaningful discussion with (you) before considering any specific travel to Morocco or anywhere else in that regard.”
An alleged “issue” that happened last year arose, “where you inform me of your travel plans with her only after Juno was on her way to London or already there.”
Jackson’s note also tackled research presented by Turner-Smith about the mother relationship for biracial children.
He said to his ex, “I’ve read some articles about this, but I’m always ready to teach myself further if you can send me some links or quotes. I already agree that the mother/daughter relationship is of huge importance. I recognize that there are areas of Juno’s experience that I can’t touch or talk to from my own experience.”
He added, “I hope you agree that the father/daughter relationship is also of huge importance.”
As Weekly US Previously reported, Jackson filed a divorce of Turner-Smith in October 2023. He referred to “incompatible differences” as the reason for the split.
The exes settle their divorce Earlier this year. In accordance with their agreement, Jackson will make two payments of $ 133,333 to Turner-Smith.
Jackson will pay Turner-Smith $ 2,787 a month in child maintenance, but the amount will change based on his income.
Jackson and Turner-Smith agreed to jointly share Juno’s legal and physical custody.
