Raymond Muratalla could face the unbeaten phenom Andy Cruz on November card in Riyadh

IBF light champion, Raymond Matalla vs. #3, Andy Cruz is possible for the November card in Riad, Saudi Arabia. The agreement must be completed. It would be the first defense of Matalla after being elevated to the 135 -pound champion IBF.
