Rahul Dravid makes the cricket competitive ahead of IPL 2025


Ex-Bat de India, Rahul Dravid, demonstrated his love for the Cricket in a third-party club match. The former main coach of India returned to the competitive cricket playing with his 16-year-old son, Anvay Dravid, at Sri Nassur Shield 2024-25 for the Group I-III Division Tournament.

Rahul’s latest task was as the main coach of India after his triumph of the T20 World Cup, co-colonized by the West Indies and the United States in June last year. Dravid will take on a new coaching role with the Rajasthan Royals (RR) for the IPL 2025 season, where he will work with Kumar Sangakkara.

Rahul Dravid and his 16 -year -old son, Anvay, played together at Vijaya Cricket Club (evil) in the 3rd Sri Nassur Memorial Shield Tournament. In front of Young Lions Club at the SLS Kreedangana Ground, his team was sent to Bat -s after losing his release.

Anvay scored 58 runs of 60 balls, including eight limits. Dravid, who arrived at number 6, managed only 10 runs of eight balls, including four, before being dismissed by ARULAS. Father-Fill collaboration lasted only 15 balls, adding 17 runs.

Dravid’s teammate, Swapnil Yelave, stole the show with a century, scoring 107 out of 507. Vijaya Cricket Club ended with a total of 345/7 in its 50 points. Dravid’s participation attracted the attention of the cricket fans.

Rahul Dravid’s children have been impressive in the domestic cricket

Rahul Dravid’s presence is expected to inspire young players around him. Their children, Anvay and Samit, followed the cricket and worked well in their age categories.

Anvay, a Wicket’s drummer, was Karnataka’s top scorer at the Merchant Vijay 2023-24 trophy, scoring 357 in five games to an average of 45, with four half a century in the tournament under 16. He was also the leading scorer in the state -of -the -art state league, while representing Vijaya Cricket Club.

Samit, the older brother, has played Karnataka in several age group tournaments. He acted well at the Cooch Behar Trophy last year, scoring 362 runs in eight games and won 16 doctors to help Karnataka win the title.

In September, he was appointed to India’s Under-19 squad for a series against Australia, but lost the entire tournament due to a knee injury.

Rahul Dravid’s illustrious international career and coaching legacy

Rahul Dravid had an illustrious international career for India from 1996 to 2011. The right -wing batter marked more than 10,000 runs in both pots and hate cricket, a feat achieved by another Indian Batsman.

After his retirement, Dravid became comments and training. He trained the junior teams of India for almost four years before taking over as head of the National Cricket Academy (NCA). From 2021 to 2024, he coached the Indian team.

At the IPL, Dravid trained Rajasthan Royals (RR) in 2014 and in 2015 before moving to Delhi Capititals (DC). Dravid has returned to RR as the main coach for the 2025 season. The franchise hopes to win his first IPL title since 2008.
