India Cricket National Team, Shreyas Iyer, presented a brilliant hand with the bat in the ICC Champions Troophy 2025 final against New Zealand’s Cricket National Team. The Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai hosts the game between the two teams.
Shreyas Iyer again proved why it is classified as the best baptism no. 4 for India to hatred. The right hand flourished again under pressure and kept his team in the hunt in the final. He went out to beat when India lost Shubman Gill and Kohli in a quick succession of time before Rohit Sharma also died.
Shreyas Iyer soaked in all the pressure and played a stellar ticket to return to his team in the game. His right hand continued his golden touch with the bat and made sure he did not let New Zealand take the complete command of the game with fast doctors.
Shreyas Iyer, along with Axar Patel, returned under pressure to New Zealand and sought half a century. But his stay in the fold was reduced by Rachin Ravindra’s shine in the field, as Kiwi All-Rounder took a magnificent capture to send the briefcase.
In the fourth ball of 39, Mitchell Santner threw a short ball and the batter tried to strain it over. He had to stay down, but did not get the necessary elevation and ended up pressing the ball in the air and in front of Rachin Ravindra on his square leg.
Rachin Ravindra headed to his left and advanced to take a good low capture with two hands. With his capture, the stadium fans silenced New Zealand doing a comeback to the game again.
