His lawyer claimed, “Within an hour of the diagnosis, Mr Kelly’s armed officers removed from hospital. He was refused surgery that medical professionals considered it necessary.”

“And yet, clear evidence has now emerged to show that the exact officers responsible for protecting imprisoned prisoners have begged Kelly,” read the proposal.
In the filing, Kelly claimed that prison officers had worked together to bring his private messages with his lawyers before his two federal trials.

His lawyer claimed, “The government has used an attorney/client correspondence brought to make a case against Mr Kelly contrary to the US Constitution’s due process clause. In his proposal, Kelly’s lawyer wrote, “After arriving at the unit, Stine found Mr Kelly. He followed. He watched. He considered how to fulfill his murder. He was ready to fulfill the execution.”
He continued, “But, in the moment when Stine came close to Mr Kelly, he made a different choice. He told the truth. Stine told Kelly he was sent to kill him. He told him how and by whom. He told Mr Kelly that his life was in complete danger.”
In the new proposal filed by prosecutors, they denied his allegations that prison officials had tried to kill him.
Their lawyer told the court, “The government disagrees with the great allegations in Kelly’s proposal. Kelly is in prison because he is a serial child molester whose criminal abuse of children dates back to President Clinton’s first season at least in office – decades before Kelly was taken into federal custody.”
Prosecutors said Kelly’s issues should be addressed in prison, not in the federal court.
