Washington commanders could be without the Jayden Daniels star quarterback for their week 3 game with Las Vegas Raiders due to a knee sprain.
Daniels underwent MRI following the commanders’ Week 2 Loss to Green Bay Packers Last Thursday before making a final record with Washington doctor Monday.
Although Daniels knee checks did not reveal a long -term problem, the injury is serious enough to jeopardize Daniels’ participation against Raiders.
The second global selection of last year’s project Daniels won the Rookie of the Year Offensive Award as a double threat as a passing and a runner helped inspire the commanders in an impressive NFC championship career, in which they were beaten by the eventual Super Bowl-Champion Philadelphia Eagles.
Washington started the 2025 season with a routine victory over the New York Giants before Daniels was plundered four times in a 27-18 defeat against Lambeau Field Packers.
