Punjab Kings coach has a new role in India in Management
In the midst of chaos, the former Indian selector Sunil Joshi has been appointed Indian Bowling Coach for Australia’s tour, according to Toi. The series includes two first -class games followed by three day games, and Joshi will be part of the Hrishikesh Kanitkar coach team.

Next to Joshi’s appointment, he has become another new appointment in India. Mumbai’s current assistant coach Atul Ranade, who was the Bombay side coach in his victorious Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, Syed Mushtaq, has been appointed coach of India.
“Joshi and Ranade have been named for the Australia series,” a source told Toi. In general, the side looks complete with experienced international players, led by the pattern of Punjab Kings Shreyas Iyer, and the coaching unit is also full of experienced men.
A look at Sunil Joshi’s career
Although Joshi may not have played for international cricket for decades, he is not devoid of immense experience in sport. He played for the Indian domestic cricket, played during the 1990’s and early 2000’s for the Karnataka state team.
It brings an experience of 160 first class games, 163 lists the matches and 15 T20IS. After resigning his career as a cricket, he was the national selector of the Indian team from 2020 to 2023.
