Protesting and arrested at the Republican Town Hall

The town hall, held by Marygor Green Republican representative in Cobb, Georgia, was repeatedly violated on Tuesday night. The footage shows that the police remove three people in minutes when Green went on stage and officers conduct one person at the venue. About six people were removed from the event, with three arrested, Aquart police reported CBS News. Officers confirmed that Taser was used by the second participant. Two arrests face a simple battery on a law enforcement officer and preventing law enforcement officers. The third is accused of vulgar. Green told reporters that she was “very grateful” for how the police coped with the incident, saying that “the council threw them.” In his statement, the police department said that his officers were “threatened, physically resisted and damaged” when the protesters were removed.
