A State Department and FBI Los -Angeles Prevented spring travelers to take certain precautions and be extra vigilant while traveling.
FBI Los -Angeles told travelers To check the State Department’s trips, it is intended to give us reliable information about security threats abroad – in the assigned places ahead of time.
“Let it be families seeking to avoid the final buyer of the winter or college student who is looking for a short respite from the rigor of academic life, know that there are risks,” said FBI assistant Akil Davis, a statement on Tuesday. “Maintain vigilance in all travels and be prepared to contact the closest US Embassy or Consulate if necessary.”
The warning takes place after the disappearance on March 6 at the Pittsburgh Student University Sudiksha Konanki in Punta -ana, the Dominican Republic.

The FBI listed the following tips for travelers to remain safe during the spring holidays:

On the Caribbean, A country with the highest travel consultations are Haiti with a consultative journey at level 4, that is, “do not travel”, followed by Jamaica at level 3, which means that US citizens should “revise trips”.

Various other Caribbean countries are warned about level 2, that is, Americans should increase precautions. These countries include the Dominican Republic, Turks and Caikas, the Bahamas, Cuba and the Netherlands Antilles.
Several Mexican states also have warnings of level 4 of the dangerous cartel and gangs, including in the synol, Tamalipas, Zabatecas, Michoakan, Calima and Guerre.
