Salvador’s President Naib Bokele said on Monday that he would not return Kilmar Abrego Garcia In the US, despite the US Supreme Maintaining an order aimed at Trump’s administration to “promote” his return.
“The question is not good,” Bukel said at the White House during a meeting with the President Donald TrumpWhen asked about sending both Garcia back from the notorious prison of Salvadoran, where he had passed since he was forcibly deported in March.
“How can I smuggle a terrorist in the US?” said Buke. “I have no strength to return it to the US.”
Trump administration officials at the same meeting of the Oval Office suggested that they would not fulfill the request of the US district court Pavel Sinis, so that officials facilitate the return of both Garcia from his home country.
The Trump administration, which claims that he is a member of the gang, acknowledged that both Harcia, a married father of three years living in Merilend, was deported from the administrative mistake.

But the administration also claims that he does not have legal responsibility to return it, and that the federal court lacks powers to force his return.
On Thursday, the Supreme Court supported the order of Sinis, but asked her to clarify. Sinis quickly did this, and on Friday ordered the Trump administration to give daily updates about the status of both Garcia and his efforts to return it.
Bokel suggested that he would not perform the administration even if he was asked.
“I mean, we do not really like to release terrorists into our country,” said the President of Salvadoran.
“We just turned the capital of the world’s killings into the safest country in the Western Hemisphere, and you want us to return to the release of criminals so that we can return to the murder capital?” said Buke. “It won’t happen.”
Trump then said the media would “love” for criminals to release the US, adding that the media was “sick people”.
He also said he wants to take as many criminals as possible.
After pruning the CNN reporter, who asked Aburg Garcia, Trump threw the question of the return of the Bondi Attorney General.
Bondi said both Harcia, who had never been convicted of a crime in the US-was a member of the MS-13 gang, who was illegally in the country.
Sinis said there was no evidence that he is a gang member.
“It depends on Salvador when they want to return it. It is independent of us,” Bondy said.
She said that the ruling of the Supreme Court on both Garcia requires only Trump administration to “ease” his return “, that is, to provide the plane” if Sal Salvador decides to return it.
Trump then asked the White House Advisor Stephen Miller to weigh.
“He is a citizen of Salvador,” Miller said. “So, for the American media, this is very arrogant to assume that we will even say Salvador, how we treat our own citizens.”
Secretary of State Mark Rubio nodded his head into Miller’s interpretation by the Supreme Court.
After the Buke said he did not release both Garcia, Rubio said, “I don’t understand what confusion is.”
“This man is a citizen of Salvador,” Rubio said. “He was illegally in the US and was returned to his country. It was there that you deported people back to your country of origin.”
“The United States’s foreign policy is pursued by the US president and not by the court,” Rubio said. “And no court in the United States has the right to pursue foreign policy in the US. It’s so simple. The end of history.”
When a CNN journalist tried to ask Trump the following question, the president answered: “How long should we answer this question from you?”
“Why don’t you just say: isn’t it great that we keep criminals outside our country?” said Trump.
