Newcastle travels to West Ham for Monday night’s football to complete the Premier League action this week.
The Hammers defeated Leicester 2-0 for the last time, calling for first return victories under the first time under Graham Potter and almost a year.
London’s side is still on the 15th at the table, but there is a renewed feeling of hope at the London stadium that Hammers can finish the campaign.
Newcastle continues to pursue a Champions League place, but it must solve their inconsistency problems if they get a place in the top five.
They are sixth under Eddie Howe, but they can go up to the third with a few good results.
This will include winning Eastern London, but it will not be an easy task, especially since they will know the result of all the games of their rivals before playing.
