Post Malone allegedly filed about his daughter’s custody two days before his ex-fathers, Hee Sung “Jamie” ParkSubmit her proposal in a separate court.
Malone, 29, presented his petition in Utah on Monday, April 14, according to court documents obtained by several outlets. In the meantime, a Park filing was introduced in California on Wednesday, April 16.
Both Pages six and Tmz Claim, since Malone (the real name of Austin Post) filed his documents first, that decides where the case will be heard. Both outlets also report that the singer “Sunflower” has filed in Utah because that’s where he and Park were initially coparenting their daughter.
While not known how Malone hopes to share time with the pair’s 2 year old filed for the only physical custody and joint legal custody. (Weekly US reach out to Malone for comments.)

Throughout the career of Malone in Hollywood, he has kept many details about his relationship with Park and their daughter – they have never publicly revealed her full name – under wrapes.

“I’d imagine an ice luge to brew that is just constantly going,” he said. “Beer is still poured out to him, and all my friends are down over the cause so they’re just going to take a suck from the nectar nipples and keep that party going. Dance movements are going to be popping hopefully.”
Neither Malone nor Park revealed in public when they called their engagement.
