The stopping of Bakster came after Sean Charles Dan, another panel of Doj, was fired after he was accused of throwing a sandwich at the Customs and Border Defense Agent earlier this month in Washington, District Colombia
Dan, who worked in the International Criminal Division in the 4con building, was initially charged with a crime, but a large jury refused to charge. He was subsequently accused of misconduct, which could lead to one year in prison.
