The former National Cricket team of India and the Indians of Mumbai (MI), Pyush Chawla, has been registered at the next SA20 auction.
Pyush Chawla is not the only Indian who entered the SA20 auction, as there are 12 more Indian players who will live up during the event in South -Africa.
Pyush Chawla retired from professional cricket on June 6 2025
On June 6, Pyush Chawla announced his retirement from his professional cricket, ending his career for two decades. He played three tests, 25 hate and seven T20is for India and 192 games at the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Chawla represented four teams in the Indian Premier League (IPL) (MIMBAI Indians (MI), Chennai Super Kings (CSK), Punjab Kings (PBKs) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and had a successful career.
The leg spinner, who was part of the winning squad of the World T20 Cup of India and the winning squad of the World Hate Cup, wanted to play at IPL 2025, but was not sold at the auction and was recently seen in action in the World Legend Championship.

Other Than Pyush Chawla, Mahesh yesterday (Gujarat), Sarul Kanwar (Punjab), Anureet Singh Kathuria (Delhi), Nikhil Jaga (Rajasthan), Mohamed Faidh (State Not Mentioned), Ks Naveen (Tamil Nadu), Marouf (State Not Mentioned), Imran Khan (UPCA), Venkatesh Galipelle (not mentioned state), Atul Yadav (UPCA), Siddartha Kaul (Punjab) and Ankit Rajpoot are part of the list that Cricbuzz will be cut.
Chawla has established its base price at 1,000,000 of Rand, while the other Indians have a base price of 200,000 rand, except Imran Khan, which has a base price of 500,000 rand.
Above all, the current coach of Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), Dinesh Karthik, is the only player in India who has presented so far in Sa20.
40 Pakistani players are registered at the SA20 auction
The auction of players of Sa20 season 4 will be held in Johannesburg on Tuesday, September 9 and a total of 784 players have registered at the event.
Of these, a total of 40 Pakistani players have been registered at the auction, including Azam Khan, Imam-Ul-Haq, Abrar Ahmed and Saim Ayub. 150 players from England have also registered at the event.
For the next SA20 auction, the teams have received a R41 million salary lid to spend on the players, and is the highest league salary lid in the T20 franchise outside India. In addition, each team has 19 players of players in the final squad, including a joker.
