When asked if the rumors were circulating on -le that he had been unfaithful indeed, Pepe denied the allegations, repeating that he is only worried about what his “friends and family think.”
“You win some, you lose a bit,” he meditated. “You’re not going to win and you’re not always going to be right in everyone’s opinion. Everyone has their views.”
Pepe also shared that he has not focused on moving forward or looking at the messages in his DMS at this time.
“At the moment, it’s just a focus on the present,” he said. “Focusing on the next steps, next and next opportunities I want to do.”

Iris, 25, met and Pepe on Love Island USA Season 7 which broadcast earlier this year. While the pair eventually came in fourth place, they decided to follow their connection outside the villa.

Iris and Pepe are not the only couple of season 7 to call it quit. Earlier this week, winners Amaya Espinal and Bryan kidneys also confirm their division.
“Bryan and I are no longer together,” Amaya wrote in a statement shared through his Instagram stories on Wednesday, August 27. “After leaving the villa, it became very clear that we were on two different journeys.”
Bryan, for him, echoed similar feelings in his own statement.
“Amaya and I have decided to go our different ways,” wrote Bryan through his Instagram stories on Wednesday. “Unfortunately, we were not on the same page, and that’s fine. We both got clarity that we are on different routes at the moment. I am grateful for the time we have spent together, and I wish nothing but the best going forward.”
