Passengers were forced to evacuate the delta plane after the engine caught fire while in the asphalt at the Orlando International Airport in Florida.
Video on social networks shows the smoke and flames rising from the desired engine, and passengers coming out of the aircraft fall on the inflatable emergency slides.
The Delta 1213 flight was sent to Orlando, known as Disneyworld House, for Atlanta with more than 200 people aboard. There are no reports of injury.
“The passengers were evacuated. The aircraft rescue team responded promptly,” the airport said in a social media position.
Airbus A330 transported 200 passengers, 10 stewards and two pilots, Delta said in a BBC News News partner.
The airline said the crews evacuated the cabin when the flames were noticed in the part of one of the two main engines of the aircraft.
The video, obviously, made from the terminal, shows passengers waiting for the asphalt with emergency vehicles parked near the plane.
“We appreciate the cooperation of our customers and apologize for the experience,” Delta said.
“Nothing is more important than safety, and the Delta team will work to bring our customers to the final directions as soon as possible.”
The Federal Aviation Administration has stated that the incident was investigating.
