Bivon emphasized that these types of arrests and raids continue in Los -Angeles.
“We have hundreds of law enforcement officers who hold this mission every day in the Los -Andeles. I know the governor said that time and place,” he said, addressing Newsom.
“Time every time. And the location is everywhere. It’s a place (going) when we think we need to go anywhere, anytime, to hold this mission effectively.”
