Noni Madueke has confirmed his exit from Chelsea as he closes in a transfer to the Arsenal.
The England International is ready to move to London after a £ 52 million agreement was filed last week.
Madueke was allowed to leave Chelsea base in the Club World Cup, a tournament that the Blues ended up winning – and returning to England to discuss a change to the emirates.
The 23 -year -old, therefore, went on vacation, so why there was no official club announcement, but he went on social media this afternoon to reveal his time at Stamford Bridge.
He wrote on Instagram: “I want to thank you for the last three years. To all the members of the staff who have helped me on this trip, thank you. For my teammates, thank you for everything, I leave only with love and admiration for you.
“We have achieved a lot this season and, honestly, I wish you yours not the best. For Enzo Maresca, it was a privilege to play under you, thanks for trying to improve -as a player and as a person.
“Finally, thanks to all the Chelsea fans. Thank you for love, praise and also critic, I appreciate everything. I leave here nothing but memories.”
Madueke, in London, joined the Chelsea of PSV Eindhoven for £ 28 million in January 2023, signing a seven and a half year agreement.
He became one of the best Widemen of the Premier League, making 67 appearances on the first flight, scoring 13 goals and adding five assists.
It will provide a useful option for Gunners, Mikel Arteta, mainly on the left where the arsenal has largely used Gabriel Martinelli.
Its imminent arrival has not designed too well with a section of Arsenal fans, but some of whom organized a #Notomadueke campaign.
After a youth career with Tottenham and Crystal Palace, Madueke rejected an offer from Manchester United and joined PSV as a 16 -year -old in 2018, scoring seven goals in seven beginnings and 17 substitute appearances during an advanced 2020/21 adventure in Edivisie.
Madueke, a habitual for youthful England, helped Lee Carsley’s young lions to win the sub-21 title of the euro in 2023 and debuted in Senior when Carsley was a caretaker head in September 2024, including attendance at a 2-0 victory at home in Finland.
He has made six appearances in England and has produced two more assists since then, including one for Harry Kane winner against Andorra in the first match of Thomas Tuchel in June 2025.
