“Hello friends, (I) wanted to thank everyone for the love and support after sharing that we experienced our third miscarriage,” wrote Joy, 26, through his Instagram story on Sunday, August 17.
Viall, 44, confirmed earlier this week his wife lost his pregnancy. They steered losses before after welcoming River Rose’s daughter in 2024.
“I work very closely with my doctors (who) I love and trust,” Joy added Sunday. “(I) eager to find out what’s going on, so we don’t Test this heartbreak for the fourth time. Love y’all ❤️. “

Joy, who usually joins the “The Viall Files” podcast with her husband, was absent in recording the episode on Thursday, August 14, to recover from her pregnancy loss.
“Unfortunately, Natalie experienced another miscarriage,” explained Viall during the episode. “This is her third year. There is no very good way to say. She sucks f ***. She is obviously at home resting, healing, physically and emotionally.”
He added, “We want to be vulnerable with you guys and, obviously, Natalie is such a big part of the show. My partner in life and on the show, and when it’s not here, people notice, and so we wanted to be open with you.”
According to Viall, the couple has been Steering “uncharted territory” After testing multiple, consecutive miscarriages.
“It’s much less normal to get two and three backups,” said Viall. “Now we’re kind of in that scary process of running tests and finding out more about ourselves, and this strange thing is, like, you want them to find something, but you don’t want them to find something.”
Joy revealed in January that she had suffered a misconception. Two months later, she divided her to have another pregnancy loss.

“While mourning losing our second baby at the beginning of this year I discovered quickly and unexpectedly that I was pregnant again,” she wrote through his Instagram stories in March. “It took some time for me to accept what had happened just another chance so easily and so quickly.”
He continued, “Ultimately, I found so much happiness. We were finally in a place of complete and complete gratitude. (Then), last week, I made a mischief again. I got a D&C this time, which was harder than I imagined.”
