“I really thought my boobs would bounce back,” said Nia while wiping tears. “I try not to even look at myself in the mirror often because I know what they used to be.”

Regardless of the praise she received, Nia could not help but describe the variety of emotions she felt before meeting a doctor.
“I want to feel good in clothes again,” he said. “With the right bra, it’s great. But then, I’m at home and I don’t love how I look. I’m not close to pre-baby sizes again.”

“I feel like I’m at a crossroads this summer very much because if we’re going to have one other child or if we’ve done and our family is perfect on three, then I 100 per cent want a mother’s transformation,” he said. “As I am former usa -Miss, it’s always in my head. People feel like it’s right to judge you. Much of who I’m turning around them if I’m fit or not. I want to love what I see and I don’t love what I see in the mirror right now.”
