NHL NEWS: Tomas Kloucek Dead in 45 after ski disaster

Former NHL defender Tomasz Clutzak died after a ski disaster in the Czech Republic.

“Yesterday, after a fierce accident, my husband, my universe, my love, our children and your friend Tomasz Clutza gave up on us forever,” the balls wrote. “All of you who was near him deserve to find out. Please respect our privacy and grief we are fighting with.”

The NHL graduate association also published a statement about the tragic death.

“Defender, New York Rangers Thomas was selected from the 131st choice in the NHL access project after three seasons with its hometown of Slavia Prach from the Czech U20.

“We send our deep condolences to friends, family and former Comrade Tomas at this incredibly difficult time.”
