New details have emerged in John ELWAYThe fall of a fatal golf cart that killed his friend, Jeff Sperbeck.

It was previously reported that Elway, Sperbeck and their group attended the nearby Stagecoach Music Festival that day. However, 9 News noted that the group had gone the previous day and chose not to go the next day due to “inclement weather.”
The news broke on April 30 that Sperbeck died as a result of traumatic head injury as a result of the accident. It was later revealed that Elway called 911 after Sperbeck hit his head.
