As Fall approaches, fans are preparing for return Ncis – And the biggest names of the show are ready for Sibrydion.
The season of 22 finally left viewers, one who killed Aldean Parker’s (Gary Cole) Father, Roman (Francis X. McCarthy))? The other big question is which NCIS team members Will it be back to resolve the case?
“This team is not just another murdered victim. This is one ourselves,” Cole she was told only Weekly US in May after the episode broadcast. “It becomes that for some other members of the team.”
Cole confirmed his return for season 23, teasing that Parker’s hunt for the murderer will most likely be a large plot point. (Roman was found dead inside Parker’s home after having drinks with someone, based on two wine glasses found next to the body.)
“I would assume that is where they are headed, (revenge),” said the actor. “The way the last moment was written was that (Parker) went from this shock and grief to immediately shame.”

Sean Murray
OG Seren Murray, who plays the most special senior agent on the team, Timothy McGee, will be back for his 23rd season. Shared the exciting news by Instagram In July by uploading a picture of an McGee computer he read, “NCIS Season 23 10/14,” which also served as a premiere date announcement.
Wilmer Valderrama
Valderrama, who has played special agent Nick Torres since season 14 in 2016, confirmed his return in May while teasing what’s upcoming this season.
“You’re going to see a team that is going to be ready to get fraudulent,” Valderrama she was told only Us On the Festival of 2025 CBS, referring to the death the team left mourning last season.
He explained, “When someone hurts, Torres hurts. And Torres is a little more ungodly than most.”

The law joined the cast in 2021 during season 18 as special agent Jessica Knight. While Jess’ possible has resumed Romance with Jimmy Palmer (Brian Dietzen) Not confirmed, the actress in May revealed that she was back for next season.

Gary Cole
Cole’s special agent, Alden Parker, took NCIS Team Leader from Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Marking Harmon) During season 19 in 2021. The actor was told only Us In May the season 23 would have his character in front and in the middle after his father’s death, confirming that he was returning in the process.
Cole noted at the time that the murder was a “act of breaking” that will lead Parker to deal with “rage and venous and guilt and shame.”
Brian Dietzen
Dietzen joined the series during season 1 such as Donald “Ducky” Mallard’s (David McCallum) Assistant at the Medical Auditor’s Office, Jimmy Palmer. Since then he has become a chief medical explorer. Dietzen noted his return for season 23 by sharing a picture of his character’s iconic glasses on a set.
“I’m putting these on my face now,” teased in July by Instagram. “Hello Jimmy Palmer. Hello Ncis. Hello Season 23. And Hello Tuesday at 8/9c on CBS! We’re so back.”
Diona reason
Resonover forensic scientist Kasie Hines began at the end of season 15 following Sciuto Abigail (Pauley Perrette) exit. Although the actress did not post any videos or photos of a set in July, she is expected to re -appear her role and help the NCIS team in the lab.
Rocky Carroll
Carroll has been playing the role of NCIS Leon Vance’s director since season 5 in 2008. Although not usually in each episode, Carroll will be back to the supervision of Parker and his squad. Carroll confirmed his participation for season 23 by appearing in a shared promotional video via The Show’s Official Instagram Page in July.
Marking Harmon
Fans last saw Harmon as Leroy Jethro Gibbs during season 19 in 2022. While his return was Always possibility – especially by virtue of -fare – CBS has not revealed any plans for Harmon to appear this season.
