Premier League India (IPL) witnessed a new winner as Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) They were crowned as the new champions after a long wait of 17 years. RCB’s Cricket Director Mo Bobat urged his team to be addicted to the feeling of winning titles after they won their IPL trophy of single.
There are only two teams that defended their IPL titles successfully, and these two teams are the most successful teams in the history of the IPL, called Mumbai and Chennai Super Kings Indians. Bobat wants RCB to follow the same path and defend its title next year.
Mo Bobat’s winning speech
After raising the IPL of single, RCB’s Cricket Director Mo Bobat gave a motivational speech to the RCB players, as he wants his team to become addicted to the feeling of winning. Bobat said that not many teams have won consecutive IPL titles and that the following year IPL will be at the M. Chinnaswamy stadium, and Bobat wants his team to play Bangalore at IPL 2026.

This winning addiction will motivate them next season and will again lift the trophy next year. It took 17 years to RCB to wait for his title IPL of single IPL 2025.
“I will ask you to really make sure we feel addicted to this feeling of winning. Because it is a start. Not many teams have won the IPL titles. It has spent twice earlier. Next year we will have a final in Bangalore and we will go again. So they add to the feeling tonight. Because it is the feeling that then leads the hunger to return next year.”

Mo Bobat also thanked the rcb talisman, Shot kohli, Who has been with the franchise since the inaugural IPL season and has been giving the whole thing for the cause of the team for 18 consecutive years.
“I know you don’t like to be sung, turned, but thank you for everything as a senior player and an icon player from this team. Everything you have put for the last 18 years, you deserve this moment,” Bobat said.
Bobat believed that the aggressive cricket helped his side to achieve the IPL 2025 title, and the environment in the locker room was special. The IPL trophy is one of the most anticipated trophies in world sport, and what has happened RCB over all these years is incredible, according to Bobat.
Mo Bobat Praise Phil Salt
RCB director praised RCB’s opening Phil SalAs in recent days, Salt traveled to his house for his son’s birth and then returned to India.
Salt could have easily said that not uniting RCB for the playoffs due to the birth of his son, but Salt showed his passion for the game and joined the squad on the morning of the final crash.
