Venezuela has announced the investigation into migrants of lawsuits sent to Salvador from the United States suffered from human rights abuses.
More than 250 Venezuelans were repatched on Friday in Caracas. They have been detained in Salvador since March after deportation with the United States.
Venezuelan Attorney General Tarek William Saab said there was a “systematic torture” in prison, which included sexy cruel treatment, daily beating and rotten prison.
Salvador is not yet responsible for claims.
During the press conference, SAAB presented testimony and images showing detained injuries, including bruises and no teeth. These claims were not independently verified by BBC.
Venezuela will investigate President Salvador Naib Bokele, Minister of Justice Gustava Vilater and Prison Head of Prison.
The Prosecutor General called on the International Criminal Court (ICC), the UN Human Rights Council and the relevant bodies in America “do the same”.
Currently, Venezuela is facing the ICC Investigation in Hague for allegations similar to the country aligning in Salvador, including torture of prisoners and denying their access to the legal representation.
Venezuelans were deported in March in accordance with the law on foreign enemies in 1798, which enables the US President to detain and deport the natives or citizens of “opponents” of peoples without ordinary processes. They were accused of belonging to a gang denied by many men’s relatives and lawyers.
They were held at the notorious terrorism imprisonment center, known as a SECT, which was originally built for the accused gang members.
The group did not have access to the lawyers and their relatives, and last saw them in the photos issued by the Government Booke, who painted them, who came into handcuffed heads, which caused international resonance.
They were released in mid -July by El Salvador in exchange for US citizens who took place in Venezuela, and a senior Trump administration official telling the journalists that they expanded the “deep, deep gratitude” of the Booke for what he contributed to DEAl.
The United States imposed large sanctions on Venezuela, and in May the Supreme Court ruled that the temporary protected status for Venezuela citizens could be recalled by about 350,000 people.
