After thousands of houses burned and many more people were evacuated from their homes from areas throughout Los Angeles this week, Stone, 66, shared a message via his Instagram Wednesday, January 8, calling for clothing donations.
Sharing a clip showing The Coop distribution center on Beverly Boulevard, Los Angeles, Stone encouraged her followers to follow her lead in donating “gently used” clothing to “displaced and affected people by the fires.” He added that those who have been affected are welcome to “shop” at The Coop for clothes.
Berry, 58, listened to the call and reposted the clip through her your own Instagram accountannouncing that she would also compete with gifts.
“I’m packing my whole closet and heading over to the COOP! If you live in the Southern California area, I encourage you to do the same,” the actress told the post. “This is something we can do right now today to help all the families Displaced need the basics today! Thank you @sharonstone for your guidance ❤️”
In response, Pfeiffer, 66, expressed her desire to donate, asking in the comments section, “Can I do it tomorrow?”
Meanwhile, Stone appeared forward Generation News Wednesday night and share further information about Y Coop.
“My sister and another friend publicized us opening a store, collaborating with a store on Beverly Boulevard,” she said. “Its called The Coop, so if you have gently used clothes, shoes, bedding, anything these disadvantaged people might need, come straight to The Coop, starting tomorrow morning, and you can drop them.”
He added, “If you need things, come to The Coop. This is for people who need any of these things, please come there. This is where you can get them, it’s a distribution center.”

“I’ve been taking friends into my home. I have families coming now to move in with us. We are setting up a place to be able to help people. We are putting up beds and just room in the house,” said Stone. “We load up trucks and take everything we have over to The Coop, and we invite our friends over there to move in with us here. A lot of people are being evacuated.”
An estimated 9000 homes have been damaged or destroyed in the fires, according to officials, reported The Guardian. Since Tuesday, the fires have ravaged parts of the exclusive Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Santa Monica and Hollywood Hills area. Celebrities including Billy Crystal, Mandy Moore a Paris Hilton among those who lost their homes due to the fires.
Hollywood has also canceled a series of events over the past few days including premieres for Last Show Girl, Wolf Man a one of Jennifer Lopez Unstoppable and The Critics Choice awards, among others.
