Update: 4/23/25 at 12:32 PM ET – Michael Lohan Will apparently spend nine months behind bars for breaking his parole following his attack arrest in February.
Michael received his sentencing in a court in Florida on Wednesday, April 22, Tmz Reports. Although he was arrested in Texas for the alleged attack of his disengaged wife, Kate MajorEarlier this year, his arrest triggered a test cut for the Florida 2022 event.
Lohan previously pleaded guilty to five charges of brokering patients after referring people to a rehabilitation facility, per Tmz. He was sentenced to four years of trial at the time.
On Wednesday, Lohan pleaded guilty to breaking his parole. His attack case with Major is still pending.
Update: 2/23/25 at 6 pm ET – Kate Major received a defensive order against Michael Lohan on Monday, February 25. The emergency protective order prohibits Lohan from going within 200 feet of the Major workplace, Tmz Reports. He is also banned from communicating with her in a threatening way.

Michael, 64, was taken into custody without an incident in Harris Sir, Texas, and charged with persistent family violence, confirmed County Sheriff’s Office Harris Weekly US.
According to the Police Department, Major attended a medical appointment on Friday, February 21, and was concerned that Michael, 64, was following her. The police then responded to a 911 call.
Major told police officers that Michael had flipped him out of a chair several days before and complained about pain and discomfort. A female deputy brought up on Major’s body, the Sheriff’s Office said.

In a statement to Tmz Sunday, February 23, Michael denied the allegations. “I’m shut up long enough for Kate’s physical, emotional and verbal abuse,” he said. “She set me up. Originally said I stalked it! Actually? Lol? Then, when he didn’t work, she said, I pushed it over a chair that is a complete lies. Not only will my kids testify to it, but I have a video.
