Meghan Markle have shared sweet new details about early days dating Prince Harry.
Taking to social media, Duchess shared Sussex Instagram Post On Friday, July 4 reveals why the date is such a special day for the couple.
“Our second date was the 4th of July 2016 and brought me a small cakes to celebrate,” explained Meghan, 43, in the headline alongside a carousel of photos.
To mark the occasion, the Suits Alum shared a rare honest picture of herself cozy up to Harry, 40, during the date. Also among the images were pictures of cup cakes decorated in red, white and blue to suit the celebrations.
“Now, all the years later, our two children are in on tradition,” he added. Happy Independence Day! May your day be as sweet as these cup cakes 🧁 ”
The pair began dating in 2016 after being introduced by friends in conjunction and announcing their engagement in 2017.
