Maxi Hughes told Matchroom that he wants to fight Andy Cruz, which is classified #4, in a Light WBA title deletion.
Hughes (28-7-2, 6 kos) is in place 5 with the WBA just below Cruz (5-0, 2 kos) and has won its last two fights since William Zepeda was detained at The fourth round on March 16.
