Max Homa and his wife, Lacey homaUsed one of the most iconic locations in golf to announce some big news about their family.
“Baby No. 2 is coming soon! 😁,” Max, 34, shared by Instagram on Tuesday, April 8.
In the post, Max was causing Lacey, 33, and their 2 -year -old son, StepIn front of the club on Augusta’s National Golf course in Augusta, Georgia, home of the Masters. This year’s Masters tournament, which will be 6th Max, begins on Thursday, April 10.
Members of the Community congratulated the couple’s golf – who married in November 2019 – on the announcement.

Max and Lacey Cam, their first child, welcomed in October 2022. The day after Cam arrived, Max explained that his birth was not without his difficulties.
“Full transparency, Lacey had some complications and had to have several surgeries,” Max shared by Instagram. “She spent some time in the ICU. Fortunately, she was released to the Postpartum room earlier today and finally had to be with me and reunite with cam😊.”
He added, “We’re so happy and on the long way to recovery. Thanks UI everyone who has reached out to help. It means the world to us. We’re already so in love with him.
To celebrate Lacey’s birthday in April 2023, Max noted on “what the year it has been!”
“We had a child, you’ve become a tik ticket, and you’re incredibly pretty (that part hasn’t changed but I enjoy reminding u),” Max wrote by Instagram. “U are the mother, wife, and best friend and we’re all so lucky to get them around. I wish I would be home to celebrate this birthday with u, but don’t worry I call a step and I told him to make the laundry and cook lunch for u! Love u 🫶.”
On the golf side of things, Max’s Baby News comes in the middle of an emotional year for a six-time PGA tour champion. Last week Max announced that he was separated from his Gadi and his friend Longtime Joe Greiner.

The decision came shortly after Max missed the cut in the players’ championship in March, where he became emotional in discussing his recent lack of success on the course.
“I know how hard I work, I know how much I’m worried, so he feels s **** y,” Max told reporters. “I know people probably love this, and probably some people hate it for me, but people like to laugh when people are not doing well. I would laugh at that, because I don’t know what else we can be doing right now.”
He added, “The way I work, I feel like I deserve the best player in the world at some point. I know that sounds crazy, but that’s how I go to every day, is that the best on it and I’m going (in) the other direction. It’s hard to care about this for something and not get anything out of it.
