Speaking on the Talk Show, Welch seemed to have been able to share her side of the story through her music when it comes to her love life while those on the other side face backlash from fans for any comments made.
“Listen, you are not allowed to say anything, and then she writes a whole album, you know,” Welch continued. “But Matty has taken it all in a completely good grace. He is very happy with his amazing fiancée, CabriGabbriette, which is lovely. “
Welch concluded, “And so we’ve moved on.”

However, two years later, it caused arguing when he admitted that it would be “emasculating” to date someone more famous than him-and dropped in Swift.

After finding himself in hot water for the comments, Healy walked them back while talking to Elle. He insisted that he is not “a misleader” but could be an “idiot at times.”
“I have said on countless occasions that I have found it one of the most gracious, active, talented and creative women I have had the pleasure of meeting them. Personally I have a lot of respect and admiration for it. Why wouldn’t I?” He added.
While Healy is now engaged to Gabbriette, Swift has also moved on with her love life. She continues to enjoy her relationship with an NFL star Travis KelceShe has been dating since the summer of 2023.
