Whenever people wake up naked and covered with tattoos on New York’s Times Square, this is usually because they are out on town the night before and have too much fun. However, however, it could be the result of their memories being eliminated because they have a mysterious and dangerous past. The main character “Blindspot” Jane Doe (played by former cinematic universe Marvel Jaimie Alexander, last seen, in short, as Lady Sif In 2022 “Thor: Love and Thunder”) can identify with the final situation, and her adventures are charming Netflix viewers – five years after they ended on NBC.
“Blindspot” performed for the first time back in 2015 and continued for five seasons, gaining some positive reviews but not much momentum in terms of a steady fanfare. Season 1 was on average 11 million viewers, but the audience tuned in drops as the series progressed. However, it seems that the operator created by Martin Gero could be more popular than ever in 2025, as data obtained by Floxpatrol reveals that she is riding high in top 10 Netflix. That’s not surprising, though, as the show offers the kind of buzz that has made other series and films popular with high octan entertainment fans.
“Blindspot” opens with Jane Doe found naked inside a travel bag, and her body’s ink is the only thing that links it to its past. In short, Jane’s tattoos are clues to unresolved crimes, which holds the attention of FBI Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) agent, which wants to reach the bottom of the mystery. As the series progresses, however, we learn that Jane is quite amazing in fighting, which arises even more questions.
It is inevitable that any story containing a main character suffering from amnesia and government agencies the “Bourne” movieswho sees Matt Damon playing a CIA agent who is immersed in a conspiracy that includes his own team. Jaimie Alexander has embraced the similarities to those flicks, revealing that she channels Damon’s famous action hero during a press event in 2015 which was featured by City news everywhere::
“He is so cool as an actress, as a girl, to have a role like this, that’s a very Jason Bourne, you don’t see for women very often.”
While the “Bourne” saga is the obvious comparison, “Blindspot” is also similar to “Manifest,” Another NBC series that found wider fame after streaming on Netflix. Both shows focus on characters that have to start over mysterious events, and although “Blindspot” does not contain any supernatural elements, its central preset is still pretty off-the-creek and that is no doubt, and that’s no doubt, why Netflix subscribers can’t get enough of it.
