Arsenal started his premier League campaign with a hard victory for 1-0 on Manchester United in Old Trafford, with the first head of Riccardo Calafieri’s head the decisive moment in a burning competition at the Theater of Dreams.
Visitors struck the murderer in the 13th minute. The Corner of Declan Rice caused chaos in the United States area, with goalkeeper Altay Bayindir only able to palm the ball to the far post.
Calafieri reacted the fastest to settle the ball at home from close and silence the people at home. It was an unpleasant finish, but one that established the tone for a defensive exhibition of the Gunners.
United had begun brilliantly, with its new front line line showing the promise in opening exchanges.
Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha were lively, trying four from the Arsenal with a strong movement and a direct career.
In particular, Mbeumo caused early problems, putting in a step of Mason Mount before forcing David Raya to a comfortable savings.
But after the opening of Calafieri, Arsenal grew up in confidence and began to dictate possession.

The head of the Cameroonian striker seemed to the corner, but Raya pulled out an excellent reflection stop to deny the equalizer.
It was the type of savings that he emphasized why Arsenal had trusted Espanyol in the goal despite fierce competition.
At the other end, Arsenal remained a threat to rest. Noni Madueke, for Gabriel Martinelli, added rhythm and directivity, while Kai Haviertz replaced Viktor Gyokeres to provide fresh legs in front.
The rice almost doubled the advantage with a free lack that flew, while Saka saw a late effort brilliantly blocked by Ligt Matthijs.
The final whistle confirmed the first Arsenal victory in Old Trafford since 2020 and extended its unbeaten to the Premier League at 15 games.
For the United, it was a frustrating start of the season. Despite the flashes of his fiancée of his beginners, the lost possibilities and the shine of Raya were ruined in the Arsenal’s goal.
Arsenal’s manager, Mikel Arteta, will be delighted with the resilience that his side showed, especially with several new faces.
As for Amorim, the performance offered mood, but United has to find a stronger advantage if it remains at the rhythm with its rivals this season.
