LeCroy started it a wellness trip by completing the Soft 75 Challenge in the summer of 2024 and before transitioning to a Hard 75 for 2025. Soft 75 and Hard 75 are fitness challenges created by an author and entrepreneur Andy Frisella. The programs encourage participants to adhere to six strict lifestyle rules for 75 days straight.
As part of the 75 relevant challenges, LeCroy has done Pilates workouts, cold plunges, sauna sweats and other exercises. While LeCroy has done her fair share of classes at a gym, she also has a state-of-the-art home gym where she does the majority of her training.

As LeCroy jumped into her new year’s fitness resolution, she shared some motivational words of encouragement for those struggling.
“It was that first week in January when we were all like, ‘Okay, I’m over this, I’m over Dry January, I’m overeating healthy and working out every day.’ But we’re going to keep going,” he declared in January 2024 TikTok video. “We’re going to be strong, we’re going to be healthy – that’s the main key to all of this.”
LeCroy then shared what the day’s workout entailed: stretching, treadmill running, a 45-minute sauna session and a three-minute cold plunge.
The Bravo personality took to TikTok to open up about how she strayed from her diet.
“Can I tell you what I ate today? So I worked out, sat in the sauna, lost more weight. Then I ate a big-ass Philly cheesesteak a foot long with a side of six wings medium-well or hot, with blue cheese. I literally stuck a straw in the blue cheese and drank that s—,” he recalled in January 2024 TikTok. “Last night, I had a tuna sandwich with bread and Mountain Dew.”
In the video caption, LeCroy added that she wanted to grieve in “peace.”
LeCroy introduced her followers to one of her snacks, which she likes to make with vegetables and cottage cheese.
“If you don’t like cottage cheese, swipe up and grow up,” LeCroy joked in an April 2024 TikTok. “I heard someone else say that and I was like, ‘Genuine.’ So usually what I would do is cottage cheese and then eventually I’ll add red pepper flakes, truffle salt – something I’m obsessed with. I add some vegetables. If you really want to add more protein to this, you could make a hard-boiled egg.”
Although LeCroy didn’t want to spend the time boiling an egg, he added everything bagel seasoning to give it a little crunch.
In addition to diet and exercise, LeCroy also prioritizes sound sleep. In April 2024 TikTokhe showed his recipe for a drink he likes to enjoy before bed.
“Makes my sleepy girl fake. Tart cherry juice, this is the one I like,” he said as he held the drink bottle up to the camera. “You know I’ve been doing this since January. Got a little heavy … on the magnesium.”
LeCroy added that adding some cherries gives the drink more of a cocktail feel.
LeCroy showed her followers in May 2024 TikTok that she was going to make a cake using boxed mix from the grocery store.
“Okay, we’re making a cake, yellow with chocolate icing. There’s nothing thin about this,” he teased before joining her husband Brett Randle. “Fun fact, Brett is a baker … so he despises me making (from a box) versus from scratch.”
While preparing the cake mix, LeCroy realized she didn’t have enough eggs and had to send Randle out to borrow some from a neighbor. After securing the eggs, LeCroy and Randle found themselves in another baking disaster as the cake began to crumble while they were frosting it.
“This looks like Matilda’s cake. It was going well last time,” he said. “It’s about how it tastes, it’s lava cake!”
As LeCroy began her journey with 75 Soft, she faced some difficulties as she began the new lifestyle transition.
“I’m day two on 75 Soft, I know you’ve heard of 75 Hard, but let’s be honest. I’m not going to go 75 days through the summer and on vacation and not have a pina colada,” LeCroy said in June 2024 TikTok video. “So my problem with this is the water intake. I did my size and height and I’m supposed to take in 96 ounces of water a day, which is six pounds. I feel like I’m f— drowning.”
LeCroy joked that she felt like she was being “poisoned” by drinking so much liquid. While the reality star shared her frustration with the task, she admitted she knew she would be “happy” once she started seeing results.
LeCroy was candid about why she’s not afraid to add a healthy amount of salt and other seasonings to her meals.
“I put the salt everywhere,” he said in June 2024 TikTok. “I know people are like, ‘Too bad for you.’ But I think if you sweat and sauna and all that stuff, you can get away with getting a little salt. It’s not going to kill you.”
LeCroy was making another healthy snack recipe and wanted to include an ingredient she doesn’t normally like.
“I’m going to be completely honest with you guys. I’m not a fan of plain yogurt,” he admitted in August 2024 TikTok. “It tastes like sour cream to me, but I’m trying to get better at it.”
Although LeCroy was not a fan of the smell of the yogurt, he decided to make a parfait with honey, granola and berries. After taking a bite, LeCroy was pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted.
In August 2024, LeCroy took part in Prolon’s five-day program which mimicked a fasting diet and kept her followers updated on how she was doing.
“I’ve been doing these probably three times a year. I’m going out of town so I need to weigh the fluff,” he said in a TikTok while preparing one of Prolon soup. “You get crackers (with the meal), so I like to break them up and I’ll split it since I only have soup for dinner.”
In s follow up videoLeCroy shared that she doesn’t usually do intense workouts while on the cleanse but will do her usual cold dip sessions. For the third day, LeCroy admitted it was the “hardest day” of the program and he made a “mistake” by weighing himself.
“I was only down, like, a pound and a half, and you don’t see that weight until you wake up on the sixth day because it’s only five days,” she said. TikTok. “The reason why day three is quite difficult is because you are very limited … you don’t get the olives and instead of snacks you get tea.”
After completing the cleanup, LeCroy take to social media to celebrate.
“Abs are checked in. Thank goodness,” she said in a clip while showing off her toned stomach. “Now I can get bloated on holiday and enjoy all the food and drink I can possibly eat.”
LeCroy always has a few recipes up her sleeve that mimic some of her favorite dishes, one being mac and cheese.
“So I’m going to do something that’s not healthy but it’s better than macaroni and cheese as far as health goes,” he said in August 2024 TikTok. “It still has a lot of cream and cheese and all the southern things that every casserole and their mama has. It’s a squash casserole.”
The TV personality noted that she usually cuts six squashes before boiling them and then combines them with cream, cheese and seasoning. Once the meal was ready, LeCroy paired the dish with a salad.
LeCroy was challenged for something to enjoy after dinner.
“I’ll make the kale. Now don’t swipe up again, because I promise this is (good) for you,” he said in September 2024 TikTok as she filled a bowl with kale. “It dehydrates ’cause we’re going to use the air fryer. You could use an oven, but this is the easy way.”
Before popping the leafy green into the air fryer, LeCroy sprayed the kale with olive oil cooking spray, salt and ranch salt and pepper. LeCroy quipped that she finds this recipe “better than popcorn” and tastes like “dorito cool ranch.”
In January 2025, LeCroy took to her Instagram Story to share that she starting the 75 Hard challenge and wanted to give her fans a glimpse of what her food plans entailed.
“Nothing fancy! The meals I share are exactly as they look. If you see a turkey patty, it’s straight from the store – no secret recipes, no homemade sauces and definitely no lettuce fresh from my garden (because I don’t have one!),” she wrote on the when “I simply make foods and meals that I enjoy, especially when I’m working on a program like 75 Hard. I’m glad you’re all excited about it!”
