The new development was developed by Safdie Architects, an architectural firm for Marina Bay Sands and Jewel Changi Airport.
The founder of the company Moshe Safdi also attended the overcoming ceremony, as well as the Minister of Sustainable Development of Singapore and Environment, Grace Fu and President Las Vegas Sands and Chief Operational Director Patrick Dumont.
