Pod bond
Milton and Lydia met the Love is blind pod When the experiment came to Houston, Texas. Despite initial concerns about their seven -year -old age gap, their connection proved undeniable.
“I think the thing I liked most about Lydia is (that) we are so similar in many different ways in which industry we work and we are both born on islands, but in terms of our emotional intelligence and vulnerability, we are at the end of the spectrum,” Milton said to Milton Us. “And that’s something I really appreciate because there’s a part of me who understands like, ‘Hey, this may be abnormal. Maybe I’m a little too emotional.’”

The ‘ex’ factor
The ex-boyfriend of Lydia Wheat also appeared on Love is blind Season 5, and accused Lydia of signing up for the show to recharge their romance. Lydia denied the charges even after Uche shared his views with Milton.
“I feel that’s such a mood,” Milton told Us. “In fact, I have my opinion, but I feel that if you really want to know that answer, that would probably be a better solution for Netflix.”
Milton further emphasized that he did not focus on Lydia and Uche’s play since he “went on the show” only to “find (his) wife.”

Married at last
Milton and Lydia decided to go through with their marriage in the season 5 finale. They later held a second ceremony in Puerto Rico with additional members of her family.

Milton moved to Long Beach, California, for work after the season 5 reunion broadcast on Netflix.
“At the moment we really focus on our careers,” said Lydia Entertainment weekly for their Long distance marriage. “We’re trying to get used to this new timetable, and also makes his MBA. He loves to go to school, probably his second masters (degree). We’re just trying to thrive in our careers.”
He continued, “We lose each other so much, so every moment we together, we try to cherish it and try to be there as much as we can each other when we’re actually in the same place. The challenge travels at just airports. I hate airports so much, but apart from that, it’s been amazing.”

After Instagram Commenture asked if Milton had learned Spanish “By now,” Lydia Coy played her.
“No comment 😂”She is joking.
A month later, Milton gave Lydia a bouquet of roses for Valentine’s Day. “Thanks Baby,” Lydia wrote through her Instagram story.

During appearance on the “What is the reality?” Podcast, Lydia confirmed that the a separated pair.
“I have decided (i) filed for divorce against Milton. It wasn’t one thing. It was a layer of situations and things that were still piling up,” he claimed. “When I asked him or told him, ‘Hey, I’ll let you know when the divorce papers are ready,’ his response was, ‘I’m not going to sign the papers unless NDA.’ That was enough for me to know that I need to share my truth and experience because I have been suffering in silence, (which) has been too much for me.
