Despite playing coy often for their relationship status, Love is blind Season 8 stars Sara Carton and Joey to the wide Actually you have an update to share.
“To keep it short and concise at the moment, many people think about dating in different terms, so to keep it clear, officially dating-like love-love-we don’t,” said Sara, 29, on the episode on Thursday, May 8, of the “Dear Shandy” podcast. “(We) date in the sense of exploring our relationship and getting to know each other.”
Sara also agreed with Podcast Cohost Sharleen joynt That she and Joey, 36, could define their status as occasionally dating.
“Well, I wouldn’t say occasionally,” Joey chimed in during the joint interview. “We are exploring and with a future may be a girlfriend.”
Sara and Joey met in the Love is blind pod During season 8, although all were engaged with unseen views. Their engagements to I’m Mezzenga and Monica Danusrespectively, the two ended at the altar before rumors turned on a post-final that Sara and Joey had started to date themselves.

“It’s been huge with the support of the past few months,” added Sara of Joey. “I trust and confident in my relationship with Joey. I feel we could have a very happy, successful relationship.”

“We can come (back) to our daily life and habits, and it’s nice to incorporate Joey into that,” said Sara. “But, as, we haven’t even had our first date because Minnesota is small (and the) weight. We want to defend this (a) what might be for the future. I don’t want to be reckless and jump into it.”
Although Joey and Sara have not had a first date and are not yet an official couple, that doesn’t mean they see many others.
“I guess he, as, a month ago, grew up, dated. What does that look like for us? ‘ And it’s like, ‘I thought we’re dating,’ ”Sara remembered. “I, like, ‘we haven’t had the discussion if we are love for love.’ So we had the discussionAnd I’m not interested in anyone else. I feel very confident. “
He continued, “It’s such a complex, unique situation (and) I want to protect us for most everything.”
Joey and Sara were then asked to “graduate” their relationship on scale 1 to 10 – from a casual hook to a married couple – to various results. Joey decided on 7.5, while Sara went with Solid 8.
