Real Madrid took its place in the quarterfinals of the Champions League after a dramatic penalty shooting victory over Atlético de Madrid.
Despite losing 1-0 at night in the Metropolitan, Los Blancos prevailed 4-2 in penalties after the tie ended 2-2 in total.
