LETITIA James sues Trump’s administration over forced execution

New York Prosecutor General James Failed two lawsuits against president Donald Trump Administration on Tuesday.

James, a longtime legal opponent of Trump, joined Christie is calling threatens to disable financing for “preparing for emergencies” if states do not cooperate with federal immigration. The lawsuit claims that the Trump administration presented the states “with impossible choice”.

“Either they have abandoned millions of dollars in federal funds that the Congress has given them – and what their preparedness of emergencies is calculated – or they undermine their efforts on law enforcement agencies, distracting their resources to fulfill the Federal Immigration Law,” James wrote.

DHS did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Fox News Digital.

In the lawsuit, Dot General Lawyers claim that the conditions of the Department of Financing “put billions of federal financing necessary for vital safety and reliable transportation projects, including those that prevent injuries and deaths from road accidents, protect riders from trains.”

Dot also did not immediately respond to a comment request.
